The following registry file can be created that will force the use of TLS1.3, TLS1.2 and disable all other legacy protocols system and application wide. It includes support for all version of .NET Framework, and VB6 applications.
Simply create a file ending in .reg and then paste this text into it using your favorite IDE/text editor. Then save, and then run/deploy however you see fit.
